Fleet Operations Managers: 15-Minute Opinion Survey

We're running a paid study on how UK businesses choose, finance, and manage their vehicles. Your insights help us understand how fleet decisions are made day-to-day, from acquisition through to ongoing management. This feedback directly informs how providers design better products and services for the businesses that rely on their vehicles to operate.

You will complete an unmoderated, 15-minute questionnaire entirely on your desktop computer. The session involves answering a quick set of questions and working through a few simple guided tasks about your experience managing business vehicles. We will ask you to share your thoughts openly through written responses as you go. You do not need to use your camera, microphone, or share your screen for this activity.

We're looking for people at UK businesses who are involved in decisions about their company vehicles, whether you lead those decisions or are part of the process. You're a great fit if your business operates a fleet of roughly 3 to 30 vehicles, and those vehicles matter to how you run your operations. We welcome owners, managers, and decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses, including sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships.

• Currently employed in a professional or specialized role
• Access to a desktop computer for completing the survey
• Comfortable providing clear written feedback without a moderator
• Ability to spend approximately 15 minutes focused on simple tasks

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
